Rebuild Dependency Index

Content Guard maintains a durable dependency index for Where Used, Safe Delete, Publish Guard, Content Health, and Impact.

Use the supported rebuild operation when recovering from index problems or when instructed by package diagnostics.

During a rebuild, some results may be incomplete. Content Guard should show an initializing/rebuilding state until the index is ready again.
